Marv Vandermeer
Based in Niagara Region, Canada, Marv brings over 40 years of experience in millwork, machinery, and exotic woods. His impressive career includes managing timber projects across multiple tropical countries and supplying 100-year-old reclaimed Cuban Mahogany to the White House for restoration in 2002. A specialist in hurricane recovery and high-end wood species, Marv is a trusted name in the industry.
 

Henri Laprade
Operating from Costa Rica, Henri is a seasoned expert in teak plantation harvesting and sales, with thousands of containers of teak logs sold globally. He specializes in connecting with plantation owners, conducting rigorous due diligence (desktop research and onsite inspections), and managing every step of harvesting, milling, and shipping. As an Industrial and Computer Science Engineer, Henri integrates advanced technology with forestry strategies while excelling in marketing and business development.
 

Tom Duong
Based in Vancouver, Canada, Tom is fluent in both Vietnamese and English, offering a unique connection between North and Southeast Asia. Born in Vietnam, he has successfully exported wood from South America to Vietnam, maintaining strong relationships with buyers in the region.
